About Kate

With over ten years of combined swimming and business experience, I’ve dedicated my career to helping families feel confident, safe, and connected in the water. I specialise in baby swimming and hold advanced, nonstandard certifications alongside additional training that allows me to offer a deeper, more responsive approach to early years water confidence. As a mum of two, I understand the real emotions that come with parenthood: the joy, the overwhelm, the need for calm moments. Tiny Tides is built around that understanding. Every class is designed to support both you and your baby, gently, safely, and always at your own pace.
